Phillip C. Thomas
President, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board
Phillip C. Thomas, President and Chief Executive Officer at Implant Sciences Corporation (AMEX:IMX), has held senior leadership positions in several public and private high technology companies. Early in his career, he served as Founder and CEO of a drug delivery company successfully sold to Baxter Healthcare and as President of Mitek Systems, Inc. a NASDAQ high tech company specializing in high security data products sold to the federal government and government contractor community. Previously, he was Director, Federal Systems Division at Data General, Inc. and built a $120MM+ product line of high security products at Wang Laboratories during a five year period.

Prior to embarking on his business career, he served with distinction for eight years as a decorated U.S. Naval Intelligence Officer. Mr. Thomas received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and has completed executive development courses at the Harvard and Stanford Business Schools.

Glenn D. Bolduc
Chief Financial Officer
Glenn D. Bolduc joined Implant Sciences as Chief Financial Officer in July 2008. Mr. Bolduc has more than 25 years of executive financial leadership experience at multiple public and private technology and services companies, including as a principal of Radius Advisors, a privately held advisory services firm, where he helped high tech and services-oriented businesses develop operational business plans. He also served as CFO at Connected Corporation, a leading software developer of backup software for PCs and laptops, which was sold to Iron Mountain. He was also president and CEO of Vialog Corporation, a consolidator within the teleconferencing service bureau industry, and Chief Financial Officer at MultiLink, Inc., Concord Data Systems, Inc. and Kronos, Inc. Mr. Bolduc began his career as a senior accountant at Price Waterhouse & Company after graduating with a B.S. degree in accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Diane J. Ryan
Vice President, Administration
Diane J. Ryan became the Company's Vice President of Administration in July 2008. Previously, she was Implant Sciences' Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer from May 2003 to July 2008. From March 2003 to May 2003 she was Corporate Controller of the Company. Ms. Ryan has nearly twenty years experience in finance and accounting and has been employed with Implant Sciences Corporation since March 1989. Ms. Ryan graduated from Salem State College with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in management.

Richard Meyerhoff
VP Worldwide Sales and Service
Richard Meyerhoff joined Implant Sciences in December 2007 after 4 years as VP Global Sales at L-3 Communications, Security and Detection Systems. From 1995 to 2003, Mr. Meyerhoff was the Managing Director of various divisions for Thermo Electron in Europe and Asia. He got his start in the security industry at EG&G Astrophysics in the early 1990's. Mr. Meyerhoff has an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Economics.

Kenneth A. Ribeiro
Vice President, Research and Development
Ken Ribeiro joined Implant Sciences in September 2005 to lead the corporate product development efforts. Mr. Ribeiro has more than 26 years' experience in research and development at high technology companies, most recently at General Electric where he was Director of Research and Development of the Chem/Bio Homeland Protection facility in the Security Division. In addition to his expertise in trace explosive detection, Mr. Ribeiro's multi-disciplinary background included work in medical instruments, including research and development of surgical lasers and patient monitoring equipment. Mr. Ribeiro received his BS in Electrical Engineering and MS in Physics/Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Dr. Stephen N. Bunker
Vice President and Chief Scientist
Dr. Stephen N. Bunker has served as the Company’s Vice President and Chief Scientist since 1987. Prior to joining the Company, from 1972 to 1987, Dr. Bunker was a Chief Scientist at Spire Corporation. From 1971 to 1972, Dr. Bunker was an Engineer at McDonnell Douglas Corporation. Dr. Bunker received his Ph.D. in nuclear physics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1969. Dr. Bunker is the author of fifteen patents in the field of ion beam technology.
