manufacturing operations, quickly establishing a supply chain

configurations, and customer requirements. This experience allowed for
a very quick start-up of the Security Division Operations at Implant
Sciences and enabled the company to ramp production to meet the
increase in demand of the QS-H100 Handheld Explosives Trace Detector,
successfully shipping over 200 systems in the first full year of
production. Ms Baron also led the release of the QS-H150 into
production, where she engaged Columbia Tech as the contract
manufacturer, overseeing technical transfer and training for a smooth
transition into total turnkey manufacturing. She continues to
bring new products into manufacturing, drive cost reductions, and
maintain excellent supply chain relationships. |
